Dear Sir I can do that. Which database engine You prefer to use? (free MS-SQL Express, My-SQL, MS Access, something else). Where You like to use it? (In office with local network or in Internet) How often You'll upload fresh data? My bid is based on guess than You don't need special client software to browse database. For example, You'll use database view in MS Excel or Internet browser. Data uploading/editing will be done by more experienced user, in "standard" database engine software. With best regard Maxim

Sir/Madam, From your initial description, this sounds like a fairly straightforward project, however I would need to clarify as to your EXACT requirements, and knowing this extra information may change my bid amount and milestones. 1) What sort of information is your database going to store? 2) Is it possible for you to send a 'dummy' version of the spreadsheet, so I can see what the columns are going to be? (unless you can send the real one?) 3) Are there any reports required? (if so, I will need details of these) With regards to myself, even though I have not completed any projects on here yet, I have several years experience with designing and developing databases (sometimes large and complex ones).
