We would like someone to write a code so we can find out when new targeted real estate agents make a online profile online on Allhomes.com.au. When Agents place a profile of this website [login to view URL] we would like to be able to complete a search once a month to find if any new agents have made a profile. We would need to compare with the data from month to month to identify any new profiles being made. We are after data on single agents and not agencies. We would be searching for new agents in the following suburbs. Dear Employer, Below is a small description of how the process will be: - Data for all the Agents from all the places will be extracted and will be stored in a database. Now when you need to add more records in DB we will again run the scriipt, it will compare one by one each record from site and will only add if its already not added in DB. - Another approach can be that we can mark the date when the update was made and we can then filter the data on the basis of agents added after that date.
