I have an abundance of content, scientific papers, articles, new items, You Tube videos, websites, you name it, related to a particular technology we are engaged with. I want to create three levels of access according to the level of closeness that the viewer enjoys with us. Casual (interested in what we are interested in, maybe meets us at events, ) Involved ( works with is on contracts part time, potentially a researcher) Engaged (employed, under NDA ).
Each level can CONTRIBUTE content as they come across it. This flows to a Cybrarian who assesses where it would be placed, adds a reference to it in the program, and periodically (every ten days or so) communicates to all three levels what has been installed since the last update)
I think I would like to build this out in Trello, its free to users, flexible, each Card provides a Title of the content, and a place for a link.

Ideal for a remote operator with some command of science, to be able to interpret the appropriateness of the content, and where it belongs.
