I have worked with several amazon dropshipping stores before for 4 years which my main job is processing orders and attend to buyer messages but later on, I also have done searching, checking and listing products, processing returns/refunds, tracking orders, and inventory checking. I do have knowledge about how to manage the Amazon Store Properly and I have a full of knowledge for different software that can help the Amazon stores to run properly like Ecom Solution, ReplyManager, SkuGrid, and Informed.Co. I also know how to use Wordpress and Aweber. I have also been a social media manager for a year which I handled 4 health pages which are having a million followers, 4 quotes pages, 3 off-grid pages, and 3 Pinterest account.
I completed an intensive Virtual Assistant training which enhanced my online Admin skills. Some tasks done were managing Gmail, using Google sheets to present sales data, scheduling posts, managing Google calendar, Social Media Managing, Real Estate Online course, SEO online course, transcribing and data entry. I learn quickly and I have strong analytical skills. My organizational skills are essential for making deadlines and delegating responsibilities while fostering an environment of teamwork.
