I have worked as Virtual Assistant for one year and one half. Assigned on the accounting side, tasks such as Accounts Payable, data entry (Sage 50, Square, and excel), and reconciliation.
Most of my trainings and experiences were gained through office-based setting. I have worked as accounting personnel in an office-based setting for 21 years. I handled various area of accounting like inventory management, account receivables, accounts payable, bank transaction, auditing, compensation and benefit, payroll accounting, and tax returns. Also, I handled the procurement position.
Admin tasks like encoding and data entry have been part of my daily routine which I believe is useful with the job you are offering.
