Attached is an Excel that contains the names of 162 organizations along with URL's to their career websites, logos, and videos from the YouTube channels. It is the video URL column that we want help with. We included URL's for a handful of the YouTube videos to help you understand what we're looking for you to find for the rest of the organizations. For each of the organizations, find their official YouTube channel. Some organizations will have only a handful of videos while others will have hundreds on their YouTube channel pages. If the organization has a general video about what it is like to work for them, that's the video we want. Copy the YouTube URL for that video and put it into the Excel. We're guessing that 50-75 percent of these organizations will have an easy-to-find video like that. If the organization does not have a "what is like to work for us" video, then the second best option would be a general video about the organization. Third best would be a video that is career-related but not general, such as a video about sales careers at the organization. In all cases, we only want videos from the organizations' YouTube channels. We do NOT want videos from other organizations which are about the organizations in the Excel. We anticipate that you will not be able to find a video for every single organization, but our experience has been that you will find a video for at least 95 percent of the listed organizations.

I have understood what exactly needs to be done. I have to look for video "what is like to work for us" of the organisation. If i don't find anything like that, then a general video about the organization is fine. If not then a video that is career-related but not general.
