Opencare ([login to view URL]) is looking for experienced dental insurance billers to join our remote dental Revenue Cycle Management team. Please review the following requirements: Must have at least 4 consecutive years of dental insurance billing experience (USA), current within the last 12 months. Experience working remotely considered a plus. Must have held title of Office Manager, Financial Manager, Insurance Manager or similar role within a general dental office. Additional experience with various specialties considered a plus. Highly skilled at following up on aged accounts receivables in a timely and accurate manner. Highly skilled at posting insurance payments and adjustments with exceptional level of accuracy. Highly skilled at claim submissions, reading x-rays, and chart notes. Experience in or ability to quickly meet the needs of various standalone x-ray and clearinghouse softwares. Primary expertise in one of the following softwares: Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Opendental. Applicants with experience in additional practice softwares and medical cross coding will be given priority. Must have high speed internet and follow our HIPAA compliant home office setup. At this time we are currently giving first priority to new team members with expert level Eaglesoft proficiency. (minimum of 3 years primary Eaglesoft experience)

I was also the one whos was in charge of requesting medical clearances of our patient that has a medical condition. I am knowledgeable in using online applications like google docs and Open Dental. I'm a fast learner and willing to undergo training that would help me to get a better understanding of what I needed to do. I also used to work as a call centre representative for 3 years handling dental eligibility, benefits, checking the credentialing status and claims. I am very attentive when it comes to the details and very familiar when it comes to phone etiquette. I am willing to start anytime, 20-40 hours a week.
