121107 Need Access DB Created!

I need to have an Access DB created. I have 12 apartments that I need to keep track of. I am not sure how to go about this. Would like someone who is VERY familiar with it and can create it the way I need it. I need to be able to put expenses in for each apartment. I need to be able to keep track of rental payments etc. I also need it to be very easy to use.
