270369 File renaming

I have a directory of files (mostly wave files) that have names such as "track 1", "track 2" etc... I have a group of .pdf files that contain a list of the files in each directory and the names that each file should have, such as "car turning on", "car turning off" etc... What I need someone to do is open each directory of files, open the .pdf file and rename each file with the name it should have which is listed in the .pdf file. If I do this project, I would make the drive with the files on it available to be accessed on the internet so the files will be here, but you can rename them by accessing the drive wherever you are. I have not counted the files to see how many there are, but there may be as many as 40,000 or even more. Please provide me with an idea of how many files you could rename in one hour. Please also let me know how much you would charge for doing 10,000 files. I will find out how many files I have and post that later. THANK YOU!
