Key Requirements You are: - a native Japanese speaker with solid English communications skills; - very diligent and organized; - efficient and thorough with the nuts and bolts of the business, such as organizing files, scanning documents, data entry, invoicing, constant move-in & move-out processing, purchasing supplies, etc.; - very sociable and enjoy meeting and helping people; - charming in a way that works equally well with residents, business partners, and government bureaucracy. - Confident in translating English into compelling Japanese, or Japanese into rough English. - Inexperienced or mid-career, what’s important is the above. We are: - investing in a specific opportunity for business expansion and diversification; - focused on performance and results, not time-keeping; - a team of four ~ six people in the office, plus contractors and partners working remotely; led by an American long-term family resident of Japan; - located in Bunkyo-ku. Starting compensation: ¥250,000 month. There is typically a two-month bonus in a year’s time. The intention is to increase the reward for contributors to our success.
