Serial port logger as a windows service

I’ve worked on several of commercial products in which I've developed complete electronic hardware of these products – from LED based products, solar powered home lighting systems, telemetry GSM / GPS based products, etc. I've also developed low-level software - either complete code or libraries used in a complete code - that runs various devices with functionality ranging from data acquisition, embedded GSM technology, GPS tracking, and battery charging algorithms to sophisticated OCR systems, among others.
