Remote Control Desktop Sharing

Hi, I am looking for a very low-latency remote desktop sharing application in gpu encoding and decoding for high graphics screen sharing of some particular applications. Encoder - H.264/H.265 Protocol - UDP NVidea/AMD GPU based encoding and zero-copy to ram gpu for the encoded image. Resolution of Streaming can range from 720p to 4K Latency for Encoding a Decoding at 60fps should not be more then 10-15ms excluding the network latency.
