I am looking to build a new crypto currency that fits our designs. We want 100 million coins created all at once and no more, a transaction free of 1%, and a rewards system in place (from that 1% fee) for wallets that are connected to the network. I have a Microsoft Word doc that tell you more about what is exactly needed. We will be using open source software to start and will want our coin also to be a decentralized and open source coin.
