We need a c++ class for Windows (Win32 API). It should not require any additional DLLs. It should connect to an NTP server and obtain the current date and time. It must work without requiring any changes, such as Firewall changes but instead work on an average, or out-of-the-box PC with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10, 32 bit or 64 bit.

How about a C function to do that? It will receive the NTP server name and will return the current timestamp as the number of seconds since Jan 1st, 1970. We can then print it in the local format accounting for the timezone.
