Hello As I am a native Romanian speaker with an excellent knowledge of English and I am confident of being able to deliver best results. I have also looked over the sample article you have attached and I think 15 minutes / article is a little bit optimistic. :) However, the project is still highly interesting for me and I think I would be able to correct the 30 articles and make them understandable in about 10 hours, at an hourly rate of 10. Since it's difficult for me to put up 10 straight hours of work, please only accept my offer if you agree for me to deliver 10 articles per day, over the course of 3 days. Looking over the attached file, I'd say, however, that it would take 20 minutes/article, so 3 articles/hour, with a total of 10 hours for the entire project. I looked at the document that you uploaded, and I can rearrange the order of the words so that the sentences sound more "naturally". Also, I have seen spelling mistakes made by the automatic translation program, which I can quickly correct. I have succesfully finished a similar project, that envolved correcting articles translated by a machine, from English to Romanian, and I have written several medical articles that were published in medical journals, which were supposed to be translated in both of these languages. Based off of the article you linked, 15 minutes per article will not give you fluent, native Romanian level. If, as you said, you are not looking for perfection, then I can certainly do my best to correct the most glaring of errors and try to make the text sound at least a little more natural (it does not currently, at all).
