You must have great english writing skills and the ability to research a topic for this.
It's not tough, just takes work. I sell mortgages - I have to lend people money to buy a house to make my living. I get a lot of leads, but it may take them weeks, months, or even years before they buy a house.
Once they do, they need to refinance. I help those people too, but getting them cash out of their home (with a larger mortgage), or lower house payments, etc.
Enclosed are two HTM files starting with "IOV", these are examples of the "Item of Value" I send out via email. I ONLY need help with the lower left section - writing the article about, say, Choosing the best realtor. Or How to burglar-proof your home, or how to save money on your energy bill - stuff like that. I do not expect anyone to be an expert on interest rates ;-)
Note that when I find the right guy/girl for this I'll have tons of this type of work - we have about 100 of these type of tasks.
I need to see example work, preferably similar in style (e.g. newsletter material / compilation), so please post some samples. Expect that I will google your text to make sure you have not just plagiarized it, because I could be sued for that - please do steal all your ideas, but do some research from several sites and take the best ideas from each then rewrite them.
Also, any knowledge of real estate would help! :)
