Our motive is to help our customers grow their business via all types of online services and help the interns learn, innovate and create by providing them a comfortable work environment and excellent leadership Role Business Development intern Responsibilities  Posting various content on all the social media handles  Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential markets  Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing  Identifying new sales lead  Contacting potential clients via e-mail or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings  Pitching our products/services via cold-calling/mailing/in-person  Maintaining fruitful relationships with the clients  Formulation of strategies to increase the turnover  Preparation of reports  Planning and overseeing new market initiatives Skills required A cheerful personality having good communication skills, a will to learn and work diligently and the quality of developing good relationships with the clients as well as the colleagues Duration of internship 2 months Incentive INR 5000 p.m. for a monthly target of INR 45000. In case less or more amount is generated, the incentive will be changed accordingly.
