I need someone who understands H.264 video compression and can provide me C++ or C# source code that (1) pulls out I, B, and P slices, (2) pulls out the macroblocks from those slices, (3) allows processing of the marcoblocks, and (4) allows regeneration of an H.264 compliant video file from the macroblocks. The macroblocks should be stored in a some form of array, for example macroblocks[frame number, frame type, macroblock data] or the like. I want to add some math to implement a new form of compression to the marcoblocks, but need access to the actual macroblock data in order to do so. Proper commenting within the source code is a must. Note: I use CodeBlocks for my coding, so the source code should be compatible with and fully compilable using that tool.
