I've started working since I was 18 years old as a customer representative. I have been independent ever since then. 1st job experience was a customer service representative at AT&T handling wireless, home phone and HSIA (Wifi) pretty much I have been with Telco Services for over 4 years now. Also Dialed Verizon Wireless Postpaid been a chat/voice support agent with Equifax. Throughout my experience being on a call center/BPO company I've mastered communication skills, creative thinking, active listening, multi-tasking, problem solving, Team work, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, confidence and a fast learner.
