VB.NET App that splits an XML file into many smaller files

Hi there, I am interested in your project. I have great experience in XML parsing and encoding in VB.Net. I can help you out to develop the WPF application you need. I look on the sample XML file and found there are foreign language or non-English text. That requires encoding the output file as UTF-8 format. Each character in UTF-8 encoding require 2 bytes. Right now I got some questions: - What is usual file size of the source XML? - Is computation of the file size limit is dependent only on the VersionHolder elements? Is the size of the parent elements TrebuchetBlueprint, TrebuchetBlueprint, and attributes is disregarded? Regards, Daniel F
