I have the source code of an online examination system but i need a developer that will improve the ui to the prototype video. [login to view URL] and provide the system with an activation that each user will have to enter at the first time of installation before they can complete their installation and also change the system dbase from sql to a local dbase and lastly make the system have an executable standalone file. my budget is strictly 75 dollars.
