Integrate open source protocol into existing instant messaging project (C#)

I have an existing project that handles some instant messaging things. Right now I only have Yahoo Messenger integrated. My application is built using the abstract factory pattern (protocol factory) so that I can integrate new protocols easily. I want someone to integrate the MSNP protocol and the OSCAR protocol seamlessly into my application. MSNP: <[login to view URL]> OSCAR: <[login to view URL]> The functionality I need in my application is simple: 1. Login 2. Logout 3. Send message 3a. Send "typing" packet 4. Receive message 5. Send friend request 6. Accept friend request 7. Maintain connection 8. Proxy support **** (CRITICAL - I have private proxies and packet forwarding tunnels available to use). The existing packages offer a lot of other functionality that is not really necessary to interface. My application is simple. If you are great with C# and sockets then please bid with a rough estimate. I will then send you my project so you can analyze it and adjust your bid if necessary.
