OpenZwave Conversion from C++ to C#

I need someone to convert the openzwave c++ project to a C# working source. It needs to be native c# code. I have a lot of examples, but you can google openzwave for more information about it. I am looking to run this on Micro Framework devices. I can provide hardware if needed for testing. I need an out of the box thinker. It needs to connect to a serial port zwave device. The AEON LABS Aeotec Z-Stick-S2 is a great example of a connection device.
