Software to LED curtain program -- 2

Hello I need a software to program a LED curtain. The software isn't complicated, however the freelancer must have good WPF skills. *** What I need? *** 1) A C# or C software to program the effects into the LED curtain; THE CONCEPT: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) No need to be concerned with the block of code to the curtain prog, I'll do it; 3) I need a menu tab with the available panel matrix of LEDs: 16x16, 16x32, 32x32, 32x64, 64x64, 64x128, 128x128, 128x256; 4) When the user select the matrix, a matrix with the same number of LEDs is drawn into the form - the size of the matrix on the form must be adaptable once a 16x16 matrix draw will occupy the same area of a 128x256 matrix. Resuming, the 16x16 matrix will be designed with more pixels and the 128x256 with less pixels. THE CONCEPT: [login to view URL] - time 0:25 to 0:40 5) Each LED will have a group of bytes do determine its color: 8bits for the R (red) 8bits for the G (green) and 8bits for the B (blue). When I want tho change the LED color I update this three registers, And I'll have the visual feedback into the drawn matrix. We can work with array to program the led color, and the number os LEDs can be huge: from 256 LEDs (on 16x16 matrix) to 32.768 LEDs on (128x256 matrix). 6) When I click over one LED I need to be able to change its color with a picker; 7) I need a way to delect a group of LEDs to change the color from all; 8) I need a way to select an entire row or an entire column; 9) I need a way to shift LEDs fom rows up, down, and the LEDs fron columns left or right. 10) I need a screen capture like: THE CONCEPT: [login to view URL] time 9:30 to 11:20 [login to view URL] time 2:25 to 3:25 11) The curtain effects is nothing more than a sequence of LEDs turned on and a delay between the next frame. I need that the app save this sequence - so after I'll transmit to the curtain. 12) Deriverable: Source code well commented, a description about the frame access (LEDs and Delay), and the exe.
