Simple coding project dealing with .txt files

I need a program that will take a two textfile inputs, a list and a blacklist. The program will output a resulting file of all the lines that were in the list but did not appear in the blacklist. Example List 1 2 3 4 5 Blacklist 3 Result 1 2 4 5 The program needs to be able to handle a list and blacklist that are both millions of lines long.
