Under a Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, Win 10) i need to launch a standard executable with administrator privileges but being logged as a regular user. The EXE running should be performed by an intermediate launching executable. Administrator name and passwords are, of course, known. I don't want any prompt or UAC dialog appearing into the screen. The launching software must be something of silent and graphically hidden.
