Need c programing expart URGENT

I am looking for a C expert who have ability to customize any C and C++ programing base software. I want to customize an open source software. You have to remove some function from the original software and have to add some good command. Also it should be having some password (this can be a predefined password) facility to run it. The software already has it's command line switches but some more switches to be add. If you think you can do it then bid on this project.
