Micromax V350 - open to bidding

Supposing he PLC in question is "Unitronics Vision350 HMI & PLC (V350-J-TA24)" and the CSC400 integration is not part of this requirement, would it be possible for you to pass the following details for me to scope out the requirements more precisely: 1. What is the steam generator? What is the make and model? What type of control inputs and sensor/status outputs are available? 2. What are the required settings and tolerances? 3. What kind of control is expected? A simple control loop or a PID kind of control? 4. What are the safety features of the steam generator? Should safety be handled part of this software? Also, if you could pass any open information possible such as manuals etc.? Please note, I entered the numbers to just allow the site to let me send this questions out to you. I could provide more detailed estimates soon after I get these details.

We have programmed Unitronics PLC/HMI in the past. We are assuming the Micromax is the Unitronics PLC V350. Integration with the CSC400 later on will not be an issue (it is not included in our current proposal). We have worked on steam generators in the past for local clients using GE & AB PLCs with Microsoft HMI. Since you have not specified what all has to be done in V350, we are going with your budget. We have the editor software for the PLC also. It will be good to know more about what has to be done. Also, the local distributor is in our close network & may be able to borrow a unit.
