kernel driver write/read memory

Any Kernel Driver project is complex and require vast knowledge in this area. We have that knowldge. Please share more details: first , what type of Kernel Driver will that be? What kind of memory should be changed?

In addition, I own all needed devices to debug and solve issue during the development (oscilloscopes, multi meter, welding devices etc...). However regarding you application issue. IT would be more than writing a simple driver ( hacking some of the memory management in the kernel). But i can propose you an alternative that does not need any change in the Kernel. I know how to write the kernel driver also know how to modify memory. I am not getting the big picture what you need exactly.
