Evaluate Programs and Deburring options for our Doosan Puma 2600YBII with Fanuc i-Series Controls

Currently we machine chrome plate steel rods and have a cross hole drilled into the female end of the bar that creates a burr. This burr is currently removed offline with a dremel tool and is operator dependent. Needless to say, it is a source of customer complaints. I would really like someone to review our programs to maximize efficacy, and see if we can add deburring to the process.
