create desktop program based on Pancakeswap (Binance Smart Chain blockchains)

I would like to create a front running Program based on Pancakeswap (Binance Smart Chain blockchains) connected to private binance smart chain full node. it should be as fast possible. List of features/functions - Scan the blockchain and find transactions based on certain criteria (pending on the block aka mempool). - Front-run (specific trade volumes, slippage and gas price) transactions by placing a buy order on the same block at the same time by setting a higher gas price. - Sell immediately in the next block right after at the buy transaction on the front-ran block is completed. - A simple UI for the Program where I can manage parameters such as : minimum amount of the trade, slippage tolerance, range or amount to put into trades for buy and sell orders, connection to the wallet, the token contract address (one or multiple contracts at the same time), gas price parameters. - A dashboard with all the trades done and where other features can be controlled. - Tested throughly to ensure Program does not have any errors/issues -Provide detailed written guide on how to run the Program and any other programs needed to run the Program. - The ability to just set a mempool buy (Program scans coin and front runs other purchases but holds coin instead of selling immediately) - The ability to set a mempool sell (Program scans coin and front runs other sellers to sell for higher price) -Ability to set limit buy/sell orders within range. For any given token paired with BNB, set parameters: if the price for token > x or <x, then buy/sell T token for BNB at predetermined gwei/gas
