I want to build some DLL from OpenCV libraries. This include the additional modules in OpenCV like feature2D, Face Recognition, Object Tracking. The libraries needs to be build on Windows 10 laptop machine. Developer should provide the steps to build. Java wrapper of OpenCV will be used to call the functions in DLL
