Good morning,
I'm looking for a developer to build a small application to be installed in a touchable environment and allows a couple of actions to the images:
The application should be done in Flash or AIR and should be similar to this concept showing in this video and site:

The images loaded should be inside a folder, every time we drop one image it will load into the screen. This is a small app for trial, so our budget is low.
Please let me know your past experience, time to complete this task and your price.
