RVL is a Property Company that will be established to create commercial spaces in Buena vista, Pagadian City. This will help entrepreneurs and business-minded individuals to start their own business without having a problem where they would put their business and having a hard time looking for prospective customers. That means a lot of opportunities are waiting for the different businesses to establish nearby. Since the business will be located nearby Saint Columban College. Even knowing that technology has given too many changes in the market, and establishing a physical store is not a good approach during the pandemic, but we will surely go back to normal and it would be more convenient for the customers to purchase their needs essential without waiting for how many days for the shipment when ordering need online. For the amenities of the commercial building, we will be placing a rooftop in our building perfect for attracting customers of the businesses who are renting spaces in the building as well as giving unique features that create our commercial center that differs from the others. We will be making use of the advantage of the overlooking view in Buenavista Pagadian city. A plaza-type area that gives the customer a relaxation space that is/ is open for all. The commercial building would be 2 stories high. For commercial (C-1 type of occupancy) buildings, they have a building height limit of 15 m (49.2 feet). Usually, a commercial building has a higher ceiling height. We would be hiring maintenance staff to maintain the cleanliness of the commercial building. Of course, we would be having a public C.R and dressing room for customers. Being by this, we would be promoting our business values that drive our business to always put customers first and be transparent to our clients, hiding no additional fees in renting the place and giving them security for the financial transactions. For the construction of the building, we would be hiring local carpenters in the area, that way it would be less costly and would help promote the talents of our locals in terms of construction. Four the materials used for the building, we will be considering the local suppliers within the Pagadian city. The interior design of the commercial building will be classical modern inspired. That gives city vibes within the province-like area.
