Payout conditions: • Payment will be done biweekly if terms and conditions are met • 1 week set up monitoring is to be included (all systems must be activated) • All systems must be activated and running in synchronization for the project to begin • Computers have to running a minimum of 15 hrs. a day 7 days a week for a complete 30 day • Minimum computer configuration Window 7 32bit (2 cores) • All software configuration must be at a minimum of 75% of CORES maximum values Running Conditions • Minimum 15hrs/7 day/Month • All System minimum 75 % CPU CORES • If GPU available must run 25% Support • Support is 24/7 for any problems attached to the software • Need to advise in case of any: o INTERNET SHORTAGE NOTICE is required o POWER OUTAGE NOTICE is required o MAL FUNCTION. 24 hrs. NOTICE is required **This 12 month basic agreement that as no obligation from both parties.
