Hi dear employer! I'm an young architect with some experience in designing private living space (apartments redesign, private houses) and public space (cafe etc. ). I'm good enough in 3DsMax and other 3D modeling programs like SketchUp and Archicad. I am the man of his word, always finish work in time and of course full of creativity and enthusiasm. Everybody hear will make u a descent plan but my plan would include : 1. a 3d modeled plan with soft render 2. according to vastu sashtra or not (i am flexible with both but i prefer vastu) 3. Duplex plan with mandir, 2 bed room, hall , kitchen strictly according to modular fitting ,attach bathroom and common bathroom with faucets and vanity fitting placement 4. wardrobe placement plan (fixed furniture plan ) in bed rooms normally a 3d model will cost u 15-20 K but it would be less hassle for me because I am already working on similar projects , that's why I would be your pocket friendly.

I am an architect with more than 8 years of experience in designing across various fields. My work is clear and as per client requirement.
