This is an Architectural job. This has nothing to do with website design. I need a concrete foundation plan for a 14' x 20' garage. The foundation plan must follow IRC building codes. Plus it must be drawn to follow the State of Texas Windstorm requirements. This is to be built in coastal Texas so I must be able to get this drawing stamped for building by a windstorm PE in the State of Texas. Therefore, I would prefer an American architect or designer, but will consider others if they can indicate good English and complete understanding of the task. To be drawn in AutoCAD.
