I have provided the pdf with all the task detail to freelance then the freelance quote me the cost and promised will not give up in the middle, must finish the job! But two days past, not do anything and said many excuse to play me! Then he ask me increase the budget! How come I can increase the budgets for this kind of rubbish! So I notice all of buyer don’t using this freelance service!
