I am a registered architect looking for an MEP engineer to produce drawings for a small ~6500 SF existing building being converted to a veterinary clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Have layout, equipment list, requirements for power/mech/plumbing for coordination ready. Must be licensed in North Carolina, and would need quick turnaround by the end of the month.
