3cx CFD mySQL scheduled predictive autodialer with text to speech and response recognition

3cx CFD & mySQL scheduled predictive autodialer with text to speech and response recognition and logging.. auto dial numbers from mysql database at scheduled time for call. (Can be many at same time), when call is answered play prompt from database (Amazon Polly TTS) may combine multiple fields or custom wave file from DB (May need to be uploaded to PBX) - Response options selected from DB 1) Voice response -use amazon translate to verify, 2) DTMF Response to confirm . then respond politely with "thank you John enjoy the rest of your day"? something. if call is not answered retry # of times set in DB Record all events in DB if call is not answered # of times, Call or message alt contacts from DB, Play dynamic Msg TTS.. or sms custom MSG.. record log in DB.. Will require a basic web page to update database to start with. this project will be on going when started and will be expanded into other areas. 3cx CFD DEMO and Application can be downloaded for free at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] using amazon Polly and C coding.. cfd installed a heap of demos into documents folder to get started.. pretty much everything i have asked for. Please provide in writing if you have experience with 3cx CFD and how long you would expect the project to take to complete.. I have a 3cx pbx PRO installed on an amazon server for testing. I have Amazon Polly id's, i have FTP access to mysql server ready to go (separate to PBX hosting), i also have Db created with at test table and full admin user access for you. I could do project myself but do not have time to do so... Thank you..
