Web Site Adjustments

Our SQL db was converted from Enterprise to the Express version and when it was converted, we lost our connections. Although we have done some of this, we still need to reconnect parts of the db to web pages and make some adjustments. The web site collects double opt-ins to a database and simi-manually emails to those lists. You can see the web site we are currently making changes to at: [login to view URL] (and the functional but old one at: [login to view URL]) Tasks: (nine in all) Some of these tasks will only take a few minutes while others might take about an hour. 1 Finish the use of text with Graphics on layouts and enlarge the size of graphic possible 2 "Off" button to omit automatically placing "Name,Bday,Zip" on email layouts 3 Dedup email lists by Name,Birthdate,Email (using last "Active" duplicate) 4 Connect the "Upload Corporate List" feature and connect new email features to the "Send Corporate Gift Cert Email" page 5 Email reports of "delivered", "undeliverable", "opened" (after 3 "undeliverable" put in "dormant" table & remove from "active" table) 6 Add an optional auto opt-out option selection for emails. 7 Separate first name & last name and use Upper & Lower case on [Name]s) 8 Add List Selection feature to Include "InActive" option 9 Alphabetize layout, merchant, lists Requirements: The seller will analyze the problem and write a solution to the problem. Programming: The programmer will take the requirements and translate them into the language of the computer (and test it). User installation: The buyer and installer will test the software to make sure that the solution and installation was done properly and completely. As the buyer talks back and forth about the project with the seller, those conversations become the requirements. The seller should create and install the software for an internet web-site: This software runs on a web server and users will access it using their internet browser. Program Functionality: Making the features "work". Programming Language: ASP classic and ASP.net Database: SQL Browser Type(s) IE and Firefox Server Hosting Environment: Write code for ASP/HTML pages, and manage site with IIS and Enterprise Manager. sql server, language in visual basic or Csharp, [login to view URL], asp not aspx, The programmer is responsible for creating their own development and/or qc environment as needed. The programmer will perform the physical installation, and unless otherwise stated, will be given all necessary permissions to do so and will sign and return a Confidentiality agreement. Legal: 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 2a) Any website server-side deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 2b) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement. Other Requirements: All deliverables must be uploaded before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
