Real estate project

I want to create a "For Sale By Owner" type of Real Estate site - identical to: [login to view URL] - same layout structure and Content Management System. The site should have similar interactive maps (for "belgium), Google map integration, drop down menus, same type of search and advanced search, space for advertising banners and Google adsense, featured listings section, the ability for the sellers to upload their own listings and pictures by themselves, either for free or by paying a fee. I would also want a feature that my model site doesn't have - the ability to upload not only pictures, but video also, the same way you can upload on youtube, but integrated with my site. I, as a webmaster, should be able to change a number of variables, like the number of featured properties, the price for the paid packages, articles, advertisements, etc. In short, a so called "clone" of [login to view URL] would be nice, of course without braking any copyright laws please only bid when you have done a project like this and can supply demo from front and backend. must be in ASP or NET with MSSQL
