New VPS and Dedicated Server hosting Ecommerce/CMS site
This site will be installed on a local Windows 2008 R2 VPS. Coder will have full remote desktop access to the server and is welcome to develop live on the server. I use PayPal's website payments Pro for credit card processing. I will provide an unlimited subdomain SSL certificate for HTTPS content.

# Home Page
**Sales Chat -** When users navigate to the homepage and a staff member is logged in a chat request box pops up and asks the user if they would like to chat about our products. If no staff member is logged on then no chat request pops up.
**Header links -** Testimonials, sales chat, News, FAQ and My Account
**Header content**- Shows 2 pre-configured servers, Items included with every server, sales chat
**Navigation menus -** Managed Servers, Virtual Servers, Specials, Contact, Helpdesk and about us
**2nd Level Navigation menus -** created by administrator via CMS backend as needed.
**Twitter and Facebook**- Show recent tweets at bottom of page provide links to twitter and Facebook.
**Footer-** include TOS/AUP, Privacy and Sitemap
**Products-** the Home Page will have the 3 base products that the user will need to configure before ordering.
The base products are Dedicated Servers, Virtual Private Servers and Virtual Private Desktops. When a user clicks on "customize" they will be presented with all of the admin configured options related to that base configuration. This link <[login to view URL]> is an example of how I want the customization pages to look and to work. Each base product will have different options and prices (setup prices and recurring prices). Some options will be static need to be administrator configurable. They will all use the same 5 categories as [[login to view URL]][1] uses (Hardware, Software, Network, Add-ons, Support & administration). After their configuration is set and before the user pays they will need to fill in some info regarding their server settings. Including Host Name, DNS1, DNS2, Domain name, administrator username and password.
When the customer completes their order they will automatically be granted access to the HTTPS Customer Portal.

Contains the panel to view and modify client data and to opt in or out of the newsletter, special offers and service notifications.

This will display the current configuration of their server(s)

This panel will display the number of active servers and have functions that will allow the user to administer their server.
**Request Reboot** - Sends request to staff requesting a server reboot.
**IP addresses**- Displays the IP addresses related to their server(s)
**IP request form** - IP justification form displays the prices on IP addresses, text box for usage justification and acknowledgement check box.
**Server Reload** - Form to request a server reload. Shows reload price, current OS, check boxes to verify they backed up all their data and are ok with losing all the data on their HDD(s), Special instructions text box, urgent request check box that displays the additional price for the urgent request and acknowledgement check box.
**Add or change software**- Displays hourly rate, text box so the user can explain what they want added/changed and acknowledgement check box.
**Technical Support -** Shows pending requests, work orders, resolved requests and work orders
**Add-ons -** Allows user to upgrade/add RAM, technical support time, management level and OS upgrade/downgrade options
