Need manuscript for 3k-5k word "survey of a topic" eBooks -- total freedom for topic, must be COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF TOPIC

I am looking for manuscripts of 3000-5000 words about ANY topic that will eventually be published in eBook format. In addition to the requisite quality, grammar, etc, each book will MOST IMPORTANTLY have to be a comprehensive overview of the topic. A lay person must be able to read this very short book and be familiar with all major areas of knowledge in this topic area. For example, if you write a book on 20th century wars and only include one of the World Wars.... you fail. If you write something, the absolute worst thing would be for someone to read the COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE TOPIC you wrote and then say "it was good, but why was X not covered?". Sorry to be obnoxious -- but the whole COMPREHENSIVE thing is important. Of course, comprehensive does not mean exhaustive. After all, 3k-5k is not a lot of words. But it is enough to give an introduction/overview of a given topic such that the reader will be able to, at the very least, follow a conversation on the topic afterwards. ANY TOPIC. For example: Ants of the Mediterranean; The Wives of Donald Trump; 19th Century Cartography; Louis and Clarke; Why Socialism Is Doomed to Fail; Why Capitalism Produces Only Racists and Bigots; Trees; Cakes; Overcoming Public Speaking Fear; Ford Motor Co.; Starting an Online Business; Remote Control Throwing; Stain Removal; Caring for Your Armadillo; etc. I really don't care. Just make it excellently written and comprehensive. Extra points will be given if: -minimal editing is required -topic is timely and/or popular -quality of writing is ready to publish -it is COMPREHENSIVE I don't care if it's an old university paper or something you write from scratch. As long as it is good quality, I will pay you for it. Of course, the better the quality, the more I'll pay. Goes without saying -- if it's plagiarized, I may sue you. I'll pay $10-$75 or so per manuscript. With my past experience, I expect most people will be paid in the $20-$30 range. I've paid many $100s for similar work if it is top quality. I AM OPEN TO NEGOTIATING. Send me what you've got and we can talk. If you want to get a price set before you begin, we can talk via email and see if we can agree to terms. Everything is open to negotiation -- your level of involvement is negotiable, just like the pay. Writing credit can be included, and -- lucky you -- I will pay for publishing costs and marketing (although the details of publishing format and strategy will not necessarily be disclosed). If the quality is high enough we will pursue peer review, professorial endorsements, intro by leading expert, etc. So -- let's talk.
