The trial judge intentionally and knowingly committed fraud upon the court and fabricated the evidence throughout the reasons for judgement and willfully assisted the defendants to obtain the judgement on the evidence that neither existed at the trial nor exists in the court records so that the defendants and their insurers can escape the huge liability. 3. fraud upon the court willfully committed by the defendants and their attorneys. 4 The court of Appeal failed to carry out their duty and function of the Appellate court and validated the void orders of the trial judge. 5.
