Job Responsibilities:
Receive inbound and/or make outbound calls from existing customers
Receive and answer emails about service setup (by using existing knowledge-base)
Handle inquires about services, using relationship-based approach
Collect information about certain products and services in a timely and accurate manner
Manage the documentation of each call
Agent Requirements:
Solid computer skills
Experience in customer support or technical help desk
Precision of data entry
Fluent witten and spoken English and Thai language skills
Work Environment Requirements:
Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the phone agent’s home)
USB Headset (a separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
Computer or Laptop with broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
