30 Second animated/cartoon intro for cryptocurrency youtube podcast

Hello, my partner and I have a cryptocurrency podcast and are looking to have an animated/cartoon intro of about 30 seconds made for our intro. It needs to follow a specific story line which we have mapped out in our heads. We also had a 30 second rap song made as an intro song so the animation needs to correlate with it. We have an artist who is turning myself, my partner and a couple other characters into illustrated characters as in the attached pictures. I can have him do illustrations for different poses, facial expressions and anything else you think you would need to complete the overall animation. It would be best for the person who is doing this job to have knowledge of or be involved in bitcoin/cryptocurrency so that they will have more of an understanding of the lingo, etc. Below I will try to write out the story line so you can get an idea of what we need this to look like. The total animation should be done using a mixture of frame by frame and panning. All of this will take place in an urban/city setting Starts out with myself and my partner (character 1 and character 2) hanging out with a (camera angle from behind us) looking at our phones. - camera quickly switches to a still shot of character 3 The villains, characters 4, 5, and 6 show up to ruin the day - characters 1 and 2 make a run for it down the street. We reach a car (a lambo) which is parked. Quick camera switch back to character 3 who tosses us (character 1 and 2) a set of car keys. Characters 1 and 2 get into the lambo (front view of car) and drive off (front view of car with character 1 and 2 inside - camera switched to rear view of car as if the car passed by. Car gets further away down the street - characters 1 and 2 escape!) transition to podcast logo. Can anyone pull this off? Thanks Nick - Block Party Podcast
