In this position, you will report directly to the VP of Digital Services and coordinate with other team leads on sales, management and ensuring proper development processes and execution. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in web development A proven track record of leading and growing development teams Ability to work with sales team to win new accounts. Responsibilities include: Oversee development teams from internal procedures to client project standards. Allocate resources across projects in a variety of technologies. Serve as the point of escalation for Development and Technical related issues for internal AND client relationships Represent Development and Technology in the RFP process with other agency leadership and Business Development teams. Provide efficient procedures for adding new projects to the team work flow. Qualifications Over 8 years of experience in web development Over 5 years leadership experience, with experience growing development teams Experience working in a Digital Agency preferred Strong Communication Skills Entrepreneurial spirit a plus!
