Build home page for our website

We are building a Salesforce-based Customer Portal using [login to view URL] sites. As part of this process, we want to build our Home page in Visualforce and AngularJS using Bootstrap having some search functionality which would display the result in card format on the web page. The screenshot will be provided to the winning bid. NOTE: - Please be considerate of bidding, DO NOT bid if you think that this task is going to take more effort than you initially think. It will be a deal breaker if you bid some number and give me a totally different number later (some variance is fine). The budget of the project is mentioned and please only bid if you can do work in this budget. PLEASE DO NOT BID MORE THAN THE BUDGET.
