Simple data collection mobile app

Hello There, I have 6 years of experience on mobile applications (Android +iPhone/ iPad) and App admin with development web services where admin can manage the app from backend. Hello I have gone through your requirenments and I have mentioned my understanding below. You need a one Mobile Application with simple user form in which user can enter data and need to add validation in data. We need to use google sheets as database. We can create this in both Android OR Android+iOS. Currently, I have bid for only Android but I can create both and for that price will be different. For Android we can use JAVA, and for Android +iOS we can use React or Flutter. After completation of Application we need to upload this App in related store (Playe store and App store).
